Formatic (Deighton) - S4000
The Formatic S4000 enables the food producer to automatically stack formed product. With the facility to fully paper interleave every product, the Formatic S4000 prepares product for freezing, packaging or consumer display.
The Stacking machine allows for products to be formed and then automatically stacked onto the conveyor with paper interleaves.
The Indexing machine allows products to be formed and dropped into preformed trays or containers prior to sealing or further processing.
Formatic (Deighton) - Formatic Multi
The Multi is ideal for the small to high volume food producers. It has been designed to form a variety of shapes and sizes from an extensive range of products such as meat, fish potatoes, vegetables, butter, cheese as well as the more conventional bakery and confectionary products.
Formatic (Deighton) - Flattening Belt System
The Flattening Conveyor is a PE belt conveyor system, specifically designed to meet the needs of the gourmet burger manufacturer.
Simple and Smooth Operation
The Flattening Conveyor consists of two specified width PE belts driven by an adjustable speed drive.
The top conveyor is adjustable to allow a flattening height varying between six and twenty millimetres.
On the top of the adjustable height conveyor is a removable adjustable belt scraper.
On the underside of the fixed height belt is a removable belt scraper.
Hygiene
The Flattening Conveyor is of stainless steel and anodised aluminium construction which lends itself to ease of cleaning. All controls and motors are sealed to at least IP55.
Product Specification
The Flattening Conveyor generally has a belt width of 175mm and can handle products from either a Formatic forming machine or it can be used as a standalone conveyor.
