Ilpra - Foodpack Basic VG

Ilpra - Speedy
The FOODPACK SPEEDY is an in-line tray sealer with a compact design and suitable for medium productions (up to 1000 cycles per hour). The innovative building solutions and the mass production allow ILPRA to offer an automatic in-line machine at the same cost as a semi-automatic one. The model is available in two versions: SPEEDY N for sealing only and SPEEDY VG for vacuum packaging or vacuum gas/packaging. Using special moulds it is also possible to produce skin packages on the machine.
Ilpra - ROTOBASIC
This is a bench model having the same main features as the BASIC model , but equipped with a manual rotary table with 2 working stations that allows to carry out the loading/unloading operations of the trays , while in the second unit the sealing/cutting operations (and V/G) are being performed. Therefore the time needed for a complete working cycle is reduced notably. The moulds of this model are wholly compatible with the ones of the BASIC model.
Ilpra - 400 VG
The model 400 is suitable for sealing different kinds of trays ( plastic, aluminum, coupled cardboard) by means of heatsealable/compatible film coming from a reel or pre cut lids. The feeding of trays to the sealing area and the consequent ejection of the same area manually performed (by means of a tray carrier), while the film unwinding/rewinding and sealing/cutting are automatically performed. It is also possible to obtain the vacuum sealed packaging by means of the Vacuum/Gas kit.
