This machine is capable of removing skin from meat and also making 'fillets' from it.  The machine is equipped with conveyor belts for the supply and removal of meat.  These are easily folded and removed to assist the cleaning  and washing of the machine.  It is easily transportable within the working area due to its four wheels.  Every part of the machine is made of stainless steel with additional reinforcement sheets inside the machine giving extra durability and long life production.  All surfaces are smooth for easy cleaning and improved hygiene levels.  The machine comes with a lever that adjusts the thickness of the final product during the skinning/cut.  It has the ability to produce 1 tonne per hour.
