Automatic grinder equipped with corner feeding worm for fresh and frozen meat (up to 8 Celsius) and other food products with attached column loader using standard carts of 200 litres. The machine with all its parts (feeding worm, cutting worm and worm barrel) and the column loader are made entirely of stainless steel and are constructed in accordance with safety regulations and recent EU standards.
The MLG130 is operated by an electronic control panel and offers a choice of two speeds for the feeding worm and two speeds for the cutting worm that can be combined to cover most requirements.

The machine is completely stainless steel with an automatic feeding and loading system, covered with a safety lid. It is equipped with 2 speeds for fast and better product processing. The machine can pre-mix meat products due to a special mixing-arm placed within the machine's working area. The 'worm', 'worm barrel' mixing arms and the entire feeding system of the meat mincer are stainless steel materials. The feeding system gives the opportunity for the machine user to homogenize meat and fat. This ability is enforced by the machine's characteristic option to use a variety of knives, pre-cutters, knives with holes etc and hence combine a variation of cuts. It is a floor model, based on stainless steel noiseless footage. The machine complies with all European Community's safety instructions. As a special order the machine can be delivered with a system that automatically removes the bones and gristle of the meat product during cut.
It has the ability to produce one tonne per hour.

The machine is capable of mincing fresh and frozen meat (up to 8 Celsius), it is completely made of stainless steel, with corner feeding and has a hydraulic lifter 'armtype' attached to it. The machine can pre-mix meat products due to a special mixing arm placed within the machine's working area and this selection can be activated by a control button on the machine's control board.
There are 2 speeds for the feeding and 3 speeds for the knives with variable combinations between them. Better cut results are achieved by the usage of knife combinations (precutter, knife, knife with holes etc). There is an embodied electric/electronic board. The 'worm', 'worm barrel' and the entire feeding system of the meat mincer are made of stainless steel.

The entire machine is made of stainless steel, the cutting worm, the feeding worm and the worm barrel are all stainless steel and constructed according to European Union regulations.
The MLG-160L is operated by an electronic control panel and offers a choice of two speeds for the feeding worm and two speeds for the cutting worm which in collaboration with knife variations can cover most delicate types of cuts.

This model is designed with a stainless steel worm and a stainless steel worm barrel, especially made to enable the use of a wide variety of knives, plates and pre-cutters producing different types of cuttings. There is also a short reverse gear for the worm. The machine is based on four legs with a vibration absorbing base. Constructed in accordance with safety regulation and recent EU standards. There is an optional facility to add an automatic bonex elimination system to these models.
