We are really pleased with the machinery we have just purchased from your company. Particularly the Thompson mixer grinders. I was a bit concerned at first having never heard of the machines before. However the Thompson 3000 is an excellent piece of kit, but is overshadowed by the 4000. As you know we were struggling with the 2 Hobart's we traded in against these 2 machines.
The throughput possible with the Thompson machines is astounding, and has totally cleared the bottleneck we were experiencing. This has been achieved without an increase in labour overhead; in fact they have released a pair of hands for half of the day.
As far as our sausages are concerned we have seen a marked improvement in the texture these machines afford. Being at the premium end of the sausage market we are continually looking for ways of improving our products. Because of the mixing action and the availability of twin speed we are able to play with the texture to get the desired result. Also because of the speed of mincing we have seen an improvement in temperature control, always an issue when making sauages.

Loading products into the T3000 is easy due to access height. The mixing function has also become a great benefit for our sausage making. We also find that when stripping the machine there is hardly any wastage or product.
