This machine has the same spec as the C4000/180 but the Meat Master is made especially for Windsor food machinery to a high spec , the machine has been beefed up with double the strength chain drive, double the standard motor power, mechanical seals instead of normal pop in seals, square shafts for paddle drive rather than key ways, larger hopper, intralox strong extended conveyor belt, with automatic wire clean system as can produce and paper automatically up to 8000 forms per hour, the unique 180 paddle system means the product being formed is worked a lot less with minimal heat rise , a very soft bite , home made gourmet burger if used in conjunction with flattening belt system.
